Sports science. Strength coaching. A flat refusal to call anything a girl workout.
"Luna Cycle Coaching started in a London gym."
So I went and read the studies that did include women, and the pattern was obvious: the menstrual cycle changes how you adapt, recover, and feel under load, and ignoring it is just bad coaching.
I started mapping programmes to cycle phases for a handful of clients. They stopped dreading their luteal week and started trusting their bodies again. Five years later I coach women across the city and run corporate workshops booked through spring.
I will never call anything a girl workout. It is just good training, finally written for the body doing it.

Four rules the practice runs on.
Evidence over opinion
Every recommendation in your programme has a citation behind it. Where the evidence is thin, you'll be told.
Programming over content
I don't run a paid social-media account. The work is the work — written plans, written feedback, video reviews.
Your data stays between us
No client transformations, no DMs screenshotted for engagement, no your-results-might-vary disclaimers.
The body is not the enemy
We map to your physiology — including the weeks it asks for less — instead of punishing it for changing.
