Is there a contract?
Phase Coached is a one-month minimum. Fully Coached is a three-month minimum so we can run a full programming cycle. Cancel any time after.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, both up and down. Plenty of clients start on Phase Coached and move to Fully Coached around a meet or race build.
What about an irregular cycle or hormonal contraception?
All three programmes adapt for irregular cycles, PCOS, and hormonal contraception. We map to your physiology, not a textbook average.
